Good morning ladies,
Yesterday wasn't too crazy at work which was nice. Directly after work I went to meet up with my best friend to get our eyebrows done. We've been going together for a few years now. Usually we do it on Monday night's before girl's night, but our lady wasn't available this past Monday. We have followed our lady to a number of salons and at this time we actually just go to her house. She's really good so it is worth it. Plus she charges us less than the salon but at least the full amount goes to her.
My eating was really good yesterday and I can feel a difference from making a point to drink a lot of water. I've always been good with drinking water but some days I don't get enough, but when you make a point to constantly be drinking water all day, it really feels like it is cleansing your body. I'm sure some of you ladies can relate!
I've taken a few more pictures. Hopefully with a bit more focus on my diet and exercise, the side view will improve. Overall, I can't complain but I know I could get in to amazing shape if I start working out regularly. I mentioned on a comment earlier that my boyfriend starts his shift work next week which will give me many evenings to myself. I believe this will be the motivation I need. I wouldn't say that I always pick my bf over things, but when the option is spending a few hours with him or just an hour right before bed, I usually pick a few. There is a gym down the street from me, I'm going to stop there after work and find out how much it is per month and get a schedule of the classes they offer. I'd also love to start running. I'm not very good at it, but figure that if I put aside 30-45 minutes to run, and within that time I can run/walk, my legs would definitely improve.

Today's Intake:
B- Coffee + 1 egg + a banana [X]
S- Baby carrots [X]
L- Soup + 1/2 orange pepper + 1/2 avocado [X]
S- An apple + yogurt [X]
D- TBD (Likely a beef and vegetable stir-fry + salad) [ ]
S- Raspberries and blueberries [ ]

Girl, you look good... even the side view, which you think needs to improve (it doesn't, IMO). I think if you get much smaller, your body won't be soft and curvy AT ALL and that would be a tragedy. ;) Ok, maybe not a tragedy, but do you get what I'm saying??
@SarahC0828 - Thank you so much. I definitely get what you are saying. It seems like I just need to get my butt up and work-out a bit rather than focus on losing weight and getting smaller. I like having boobs and a butt, so getting too small isn't an option. Appreciate your comments! xo
I agree with the above you look awesome.although i completely understand wanting to tone up. I'm always trying to improve myself so I do understand. Like I said yesterday working out sounds exactly like what your looking for!! You do look really toned in that one picture!! anyway, i'm glad you found your motivation. best of luckk to you! don't forget to strength train!!

Yeah you look greatttt and you eat well so really with the exercise you do should think of it as a way to benefit your health, you'll have awesome energy levels and if you get into some weights classes then you'll tone up and not get small but just get a nice hard body :)
girl, you look good! I definitely know what you mean about having that one person who does something SO good-I got lucky, and that person is my cousin. It's always worth it to have quality brows! xo
